Sweden-based communications company, Rebtel unveiled Nigeria’s top comedian
Basketmouth as their latest brand ambassador.

The
company launched a new app, Rebtel Calling, which works almost like WhatsApp
and allows users to make app-to-app international calls in 52 countries for
just $1 per month without wireless connection.
2015
was a very successful year for Basketmouth. In July, he received the
Certificate of Congressional Recognition from the Texas House of
Representatives for his contributions in uniting Nigerians in Houston. He was
also honoured in the same month when the Mayor of the City of Houston released
a statement and declared July 17th ‘Basketmouth Day.’
This
March, the Abia State-born funny man will be joining top comedian Kevin Hart on
his first world tour titled, ‘What Now Tour’.
