Gaga is feeling grateful for her nominations! The
32-year-old A Star Is Born actress issued a statement on her Instagram after
learning that she, as well as co-star Bradley Cooper, has been nominated for
the 2019 Golden Globes on Thursday morning (December 6).
“I
couldn’t be more happy to see Bradleyrecognized for his incredible vision and
performance. And for the recognition for my songwriting collaboration with the
amazing Mark [Ronson], Anthony [Rossomando] and Andrew [Wyatt] for ‘Shallow.’
And I can’t believe I’m nominated as best actress at the Golden Globes for a
film! I am so appreciative of the HFPA’s support. Thank you so much,” Gaga
wrote.
A
Star Is Born is nominated for Best Motion Picture, and Gaga is nominated for
Best Performance By an Actress in a Motion Picture. Bradley is nominated for
Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture. Bradley is also nominated for
Best Director. “Shallow” is nominated for Best Original Song.
