The Manchester City talisman scored five goals in
four games to scoop the award for the first time this season, having battled
with injuries for much of the campaign.

Manuel Pellegrini’s side went unbeaten the past
month, with Aguero’s brace against West Ham United earning a 2-2 draw and
another double against Crystal Palace helping City to a 4-0 victory.
The Argentina international piped the likes of
Tottenham Hotspur’s Dele Alli, Southampton’s Virgin van Dijk, Liverpool’s
Roberto Firmino, Sunderland’s Jermain Defoe and Leicester’s Kasper Schmeichel
to the honour.
Aguero, 27, will look to continue in his
devastating form when Manchester City take on Leicester City in a
top-of-the-table clash this weekend.

Koeman, meanwhile, landed the manager of the month
award after the Saints won three of their four games in January, including
their second successive win at Old Trafford where Charlie Austin marked his
debut with the winning goal.
Their impressive run of form has seen them climb
to seventh on the log and within range of European qualification.
