More than ever before, Nigerian models are taking
their careers by the horns and working really hard, with many getting booked by
international scouts.
Joining the list of now-international models like
Toyin Oyeneye, Queen Onyemaechi, Emy Ozori, Nneoma Anosike, Victor Ndigwe,
Bukola Bank-Anthony and Mayowa Nicholas is Olamide Ogundele who has been signed
to BOSS Models in South Africa.
Lamide who I had the opportunity of styling for
Konga Fashion’s editorial hit the scene last year and has since become one of
fashion’s favorite faces. The young model who has been photographed by the
likes of Kelechi Amadi Obi, Francesco La Porta, Kola Oshalusi, Tope Adenola,
snagged the spot as the face of the Lagos Fashion and Design Week in 2015 and
was recently spotted on Vogue Italia’s editorial.
Her Mother Agency, FEW Model Management took to
