The court records showed that the former model
dismissed the case on the same day Bill Cosby went to a Pennsylvania courthouse
to face another charge of felony sexual assault on another woman in 2004.

Goins said her encounter with Cosby was when she
was 18 and attended a party at the mansion. She claimed that she felt dizzy
after drinking from a glass the comedian gave her and he took her to a room
where she fell unconscious, only to wake later to find him biting her toes, her
breasts sticky as though he had licked them.
But on January 6, the Los Angeles District
Attorney’s Office said it found no evidence to the story as neither Cosby no
Goins were spotted in the video footage of the mansion on the date of the
alleged assault.
Meanwhile, Cosby has lost a key witness, the
former District Attorney Bruce Castor. Years ago, Castor refused to pursue
criminal charges against Cosby because he felt the accuser Andrea Constand had
‘credibility issues.’ But yesterday, he said he hopes that Cosby’s fails.
“Let’s be clear,” Castor reportedly told Cosby’s
attorney. “I’m not on your team here. I want (prosecutors) to win.”
During cross examination, Castor was asked if he
believed Constand’s story and he said, “What I think is that Andrea Constand
was inappropriately touched by Mr. Cosby. I am not analyzing back in 2005 as to
what I think. I am analyzing it back in 2005 as to what I can prove.”
Cosby’s hearing will continue today.
